For the first time, authorized prescribers and pharmacists can access controlled substance prescription data from PDMP registries within their own electronic workflow. This initiative aligns with broader state and federal efforts to increase the use of PDMPs to reduce inappropriate prescriptions, improve patient outcomes and promote more informed prescribing practices.

Appriss End User License Agreement (Prescribers or Retail Pharmacists) will be emailed to you within 48 hours of completing the Integration Request form.
Note: The required agreements are standard for all entities completing them. We are not inviting a redline of the agreements, however, if there are provisions that will prevent you from signing or moving forward please submit your concerns to email@example.com for review and consideration.
