OHA completed a comprehensive review and issued a Proposed Order on June 12, 2026. OHA accepted written exceptions to the Proposed Order through June 27, 2026 and received no written exceptions. OHA issued a Final Order on July 2, 2026. OHA’s Proposed and Final Order and Comprehensive Review Report are posted under “OHA Publications” below.
