OHA completed a comprehensive review of the transaction and issued a Proposed Order on June 12, 2026. Based on findings from the comprehensive review, OHA has approved this transaction with conditions. OHA’s Proposed Order and Comprehensive Review Report are posted under “OHA Publications” below. 

Per state law, OHA must allow the public to file any written exceptions (i.e. written objections) to the proposed order. Written objections can be submitted through June 27, 2026, by emailing hcmo.info@oha.oregon.gov, or filling out the 014 UHG-Amedisys Written Exceptions Form.
