Current Status

 
On May 29, 2025, Samaritan and Santiam withdrew the Notice of Material Change Transaction filed with the Health Care Market Oversight (HCMO) program. OHA therefore stopped its preliminary review and will not issue a decision for this proposed transaction. OHA will no longer be accepting public comments about this transaction
