2021 Rulemaking

CGT reporting requirements were detailed in OAR temporary rules 409-065 which came into effect on Jun 2, 2021 (lasting 180 days). Initial rule content was developed with input from CGT TAG participants in spring 2021. Permanent rulemaking took place in Fall 2021 with feedback from participants of the CGT TAG and the opportunity for public feedback.
