Resolving Barriers for Youth and Families
The Barrier Review Policy and Procedure sunset, effective December 31, 2025. Local Systems of Care can no longer formally escalate barriers to the
System of Care Advisory Council (SOCAC). However, SOCAC will continue to monitor barriers submitted to OHA every six months and will offer technical assistance and support to L-SOCs upon request. Most outstanding barriers are being addressed via the 26 - 29 SOC Strategic Plan.
