Oregon Health Plan Icons

Icons for OHP materials

Consistent icons have been identified and developed to ensure OHP materials have recognizable, visual touch points for members, regardless of geographic area, written, or spoken language.

  • The icons were developed in partnership with the CCO Member Engagement and Outreach Committee and the Oregon Health Plan collaborative workgroup. Icons were also aligned with the Universal Symbols in Healthcare Project.
  • These icons are not required. However OHP has provided this set of icons as visual tools to establish a consistent visual system across all OHP communications.
  • This project is part of the OHA Communication Action Plan developed from member communications recommendations.

Usage guidelines

  • Developed to be used on Oregon Health Plan member materials.
  • Permission granted for use by coordinated care organizations and other partners of the Oregon Health Plan for the purpose of promoting OHP and sharing information.
  • Icon colors can be adapted to align with primary organization branding.
  • Icon artwork can not be altered.
  • Icon symbol can not be used to define another service.
