MIECHV: NFP Data Collection


MIECHV Referrals & Screenings Webinar for Oct 1, 2020 Data Collection 
The objectives for these webinars are to:

  1. Increase understanding of when and how to complete and document screenings and referrals for tobacco cessation, maternal depression, child development and intimate partner violence (IPV); and
  2. Review the MIECHV screenings and referrals data collection forms.

The primary audience for these presentations is MIECHV local implementing agency staff including Home Visitors, Home Visiting supervisors and Data Entry staff.

  • As of October 1, 2021 data, all MIECHV NFP data is collected through the NSO FLO data system. NFP programs no longer complete separate MIECHV Forms.
