eLicensing

Applications an​d payments can only be made through eLicensing.
 
​eLicensing tips:
  • eLicensing tutorial

  • eLicensing video tutorial: Forgot Username and Password Reset
  • If this is your first time using eLicensing, you must select the "Sign Up" button to create your username and password.
  • Please do not create a new username if you have already created an eLicensing account. This will cause you to have two active accounts and may delay your processing.
  • If you forget your username, contact TSPC at online.tspc@oregon.gov​ or 503-378-3586.
  • TSPC is no longer accepting mailed, faxed, or emailed applications or payments. All applications must be submitted through the eLicensing system.
  • All supporting documents for your application must still be sent directly to TSPC through mail, fax, or email. (Go to the Contact Us​ page for more information.) You are not able to "upload" additional documentation in the eLicensing system.
  • Basic and Initial II Teaching Licenses are being transitioned to new license types. Please see the table below if you hold one of these license types.

Submitting ​Documents

  • Photographs of documents may or may not be accepted, depending on the quality of image.
  • For the best results, please scan the document for optimal resolution and email it to contact.tspc@oregon.gov.
  • Remember: please submit all official transcripts to tspc.transcripts@oregon.gov.

Verifyin​g PDUs

 
TSP​​C does not approve coursework or workshops for the awarding of PDUs. Please refer to the PDU webpage for more information.

To expedite the email process:
  • Please include with your email:
    • First, middle, and last names
    • TSPC Account ID or the last four digits of your SSN.
  • Please submit only one email per inquiry.

Licenses are no longer printed and mailed. Please use Educator Lookup if you wish to view or print your license.
