DEQ will review the submitted registration form to ensure that the eligibility requirements have been met. Staff may ask for additional information. When all of the eligibility requirements have been met, you will receive an email approving your registration to participate in the Clean Fuels Program along with a link to the Oregon Fuels Reporting System (OFRS) which is a web-based tool used to submit reports and transact credits. You will need to go through an additional process to set up your account in OFRS. Please refer to the user guides and tutorials below for help in navigating the OFRS.
Fuel Supply Equipment User Guide
For the 2022 annual fuel pathway report, fuel pathway holders who want to maintain their pathways must submit the report to DEQ no later than April 1, 2024.
For the 2023 Annual Compliance Report for fuel transactions, regulated parties, credit generators, and aggregators must use the Oregon Fuel Reporting System to submit the annual compliance report to DEQ no later than April 30, 2024.
