Rulemaking contact:
Elizabeth Elbel, 503-869-2215
This rulemaking proposes amendments to OAR 340 Divisions 216 and 220 to permanently adjust the fees assessed to air-permitted facilities subject to Greenhouse Gas Reporting requirements.
Oregon's 2025 legislature authorized the commission to adjust the fees to support the current costs to operate the program. In July of 2025
temporary rules to increase these fees were adopted by the EQC. This rulemaking proposes to amend the rules so that the adjusted fees are permanent.
This rulemaking does not propose amendments to any program reporting requirements.
