Intended Use Plan

DEQ is required to submit to EPA an Intended Use Plan as part of the annual capitalization grant application process. The IUP provides information to EPA and other interested parties on how the CWSRF loan program intends to use funds available each year. This document is updated during the state fiscal year, and includes all projects for which applications have been received and the amount of loan funds available to the program.
