North West Area Commission on Transportation

Membership

28 voting members:

  • 4 county commissioners (one per county);
  • 4 city officials (one per county);
  • 4 community; small city officials (one per county);
  • 2 Oregon Department of Transportation managers;
  • 3 port members (Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook);
  • 3 transit/public transportation members (Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook);
  • 8 citizen-at-large members (two per county).

Note: a tribe member will be added should a tribe in the region become federally recognized.

Ex-Officio:

  • Adjacent ACTs and Metropolitan Planning Organizations;
  • Cities of Cornelius and Forest Grove;
  • Clatsop-Nehalem Tribe;
  • Congressional delegates;
  • Economic development councils;
  • Legislators;
  • NW Oregon Regional Partnership;
  • Oregon Transportation Commissioners.
