Notices of Proposed Rulemaking
This list shows all recent rule revisions OHA has proposed for permanent rule filing that are now open for public comment. For proposed rules:
- Refer to the filing document how to participate in public hearings by computer, mobile device or phone.
- Email written comment to BHRulemaking@oha.oregon.gov.
Permanent Rules
This list shows all recent permanent rule revisions filed by OHA, with a summary of any comment received following the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.
Temporary Rules
Temporary rules are also known as emergency rules. These rules expire 180 days after the filing date. For each temporary rule filing, OHA intends to start the permanent rulemaking process to engage community and accept comment on the rule changes.
