Overview
After review of any proposed acquisition of a coordinated care organization (CCO), the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) may:
- Disapprove the acquisition,
- Approve the acquisition, or
- Approve the acquisition with conditions.
This page provides the status of pending, approved, or withdrawn Form A filings for mergers or acquisitions involving a CCO in Oregon. An organization may publicly announce a proposed transaction weeks before submitting an official filing.
For pending transactions:
- Documents will be updated if the parties have additional submissions.
- Information is subject to change until OHA makes a transaction decision.
- OHA will provide a unique email address to submit public comments about the transaction to OHA.
- OHA will hold a public hearing in each service area of the CCO.
