Form A Filings

Overview

After review of any proposed acquisition of a coordinated care organization (CCO), the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) may:
  • Disapprove the acquisition,
  • Approve the acquisition, or
  • Approve the acquisition with conditions.

This page provides the status of pending, approved, or withdrawn Form A filings for mergers or acquisitions involving a CCO in Oregon. An organization may publicly announce a proposed transaction weeks before submitting an official filing.

For pending transactions:

  • Documents will be updated if the parties have additional submissions.
  • Information is subject to change until OHA makes a transaction decision.
  • OHA will provide a unique email address to submit public comments about the transaction to OHA.
  • OHA will hold a public hearing in each service area of the CCO.
