The Newborn Bloodspot Screening Program, located at the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory, provides secure, online access to newborn bloodspot screening (NBS) results through the OSPHL Secure Remote Viewer (SRV)
Log in to SRV
The applicant must complete and sign the fields on the OSPHL SRV Set-Up Form (pdf). The applicant's form must be authorized by a medical provider in their facility for rights to be granted.
If you are locked out of your SRV account, please click "Forgot/Change Password" on the SRV login screen to re-activate your account.
