National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command Structure (ICS) Baseline Training 

Training for Local PHEP Coordinators

  • ICS 100, 200, 700, 800, 300, 400
  • Oregon Basic Applied Practices Series (BAPS)
    • The Oregon Basic Applied Series (BAPS) consists of several basic knowledge required courses and four (4) elective courses. The intent of the BAPS is to provide training needed by all emergency service providers for successful field operations. Courses in the Professional Development Series (PDS) cannot be used to meet BAPS requirements.
  • FEMA Professional Development Series
    • The Professional Development Series includes seven FEMA Emergency Management Insitute independent study courses that provide a well-rounded set of fundamentals for those in the emergency management profession. Many students build on this foundation to develop their careers.
  • HSPR Public Health Emergency Preparedness Foundations
