Oregon Psilocybin Services - Data Archive

The OPS Data Dashboard is updated every quarter with new data. Below, you can download Excel files for each quarter beginning in 2025 that make data available to the public. PDF documents that compile all published dashboard pages are also created for each quarter and can be accessed by people viewing the OPS website from outside the country.

Note that some values which are too small to report to protect confidentiality are recoded as -99 in the downloadable file.

Updates to data collection were made in 2026 which are noted in the 2026 data files and onward.
