Step 1 Request (Clinic)
Clinic submits pre-order based on how much vaccine they will need for a given time frame.

Step 2 Allocation (OIP)
The Oregon Immunization Program allocates vaccine to clinics based on several factors.
- COVID 2025-26 *Will be pushed out - no need to draw down
- 2025-26 Flu Season
- Starts Oct 1st - RSV 2025-26
Step 3 Draw Down (Clinic)
Once vaccine has been allocated, clinics can draw down vaccine which will have it shipped to the clinic. Typically, it is delivered in 1-2 weeks.
