Triennial Review Results by County
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) conducts a comprehensive review of each local public health authority (LPHA) every three years for most programs.
View the triennial review tools.
Review results, including commendations, compliance findings, and recommendations (if requested), are communicated to the governing body of the LPHA and the local public health administrator. OHA works with the LPHA to ensure all compliance findings are resolved promptly. For more information, contact the
LPHA or the state Public Health Division's
Policy and Partnerships unit.
Results will be added as they become available.
