Programmatic and Service Deliverables

Financial Assistance Agreements with Local Public Health Authorities (LPHAs) and Federally Recognized Tribes include Program Elements (PEs), which describe programmatic and service deliverables to be provided based on agreements with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). PEs are amended periodically and negotiated through the Conference of Local Health Officials (CLHO) and Federally Recognized Tribes.
