Financial Assistance Agreements with Local Public Health Authorities and Federally-Recognized Tribes include "Program Elements" which describe the programmatic and service deliverables to be provided based upon the agreements with the Oregon Health Authority. Program Elements are negotiated through the Conference of Local Health Officials and the Federally-Recognized Tribes.
