Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) Financial Information

Improving Transparency

Improving transparency is one of the overarching goals of Oregon's health system transformation through coordinated care organizations (CCOs). Oregon Health Authority (OHA) does this by sharing each CCO's specific quality, efficiency, outcome and financial data with the public.

This page shares the following financial data for each CCO:

  • Audited financial statements for the most recent available years.
  • Internal financial statements through the most recent available quarter.
  • Starting in 2020, full redacted financial reports as required by Senate Bill 1041 (2019).

OHA has also prepared the following summaries of CCO program financials:

2015-2023 Audited and Internal Financial Statements

2023 Redacted Audited and Internal Financial Statements

2022 Redacted Audited and Internal Financial Statements

2021 Redacted Audited and Internal Financial Statements

2020 Redacted Audited and Internal Financial Statements
