Current Status

OHA completed a comprehensive review of the transaction and issued a Proposed Order on May 15, 2026. Based on findings from the comprehensive review, OHA has approved this transaction with conditions. OHA’s Proposed Order and Comprehensive Review Report are posted under “OHA Publications” below.

Per state law OHA must allow the public to file any written exceptions (i.e. written objections) to the proposed order. OHA accepted written exceptions through May 30, 2026. The received exceptions are posted below under "Written exceptions".
