OHA accepted a complete notice on April 16, 2026. On May 5, 2026, OHA completed its preliminary review and began a comprehensive review of this transaction. OHA is currently conducting a comprehensive review of this transaction. OHA asked for more information from the entities on May 22, 2026. The review period is currently paused until the entities provide the requested information and OHA confirms the response is complete.
