OMMP Cardholder Fees

OMMP has several reduced fee options available for patients. See below for details.

  • Please review all fee options below to see if you are eligible for a reduced fee before submitting your application.
  • Click the links in the "Need Help" column to see examples of proof needed when requesting a reduced fee.
  • If you are eligible for more than one reduced fee, please only submit proof for one. You may choose the lowest fee you are eligible for. Do not submit proof for more than one reduced fee, as this may slow down the processing of your application.
  • OMMP fees are non-refundable.

Grow Site Registration Fee (to be paid by the grower)

There is a $200 Grow Site Registration Fee is ANY of the following is true:

  • The grow site address is NOT the patient's residence.
  • The grower is NOT the patient on the application.
  • The grow site has MORE than 12 mature medical marijuana plants.
  • The grower will be transferring medical marijuana to a dispensary or processing site.
