All Oregon physicians, other health care providers, and laboratorians are required by law to report
certain diseases and conditions to
local health departments. Some cases are subject to restrictions on school attendance, day care attendance, patient care, and food handling. There are
civil penalties (333-124-0001) for failure to comply with the statutory and administrative rule requirements in divisions 100 through 123. See also:
