From the North
Take I-5 South. Take exit 260A toward Salem Parkway. From Salem Parkway, turn left on Cherry Avenue NE, then the first left onto Van Ness Avenue NE, then the first left onto Del Webb Avenue NE. Follow Del Webb around till it turns into Tandem Avenue, then look for the Oregon Health Authority/Health Licensing Office sign on the left. Parking is free and plentiful.
From the South
Take I-5 North. Take exit 258 and turn left on Portland Road. Take your first right at Hyacinth. In about a mile, turn left onto Salem Parkway. From Salem Parkway, turn left on Cherry Avenue NE, then the first left onto Van Ness Avenue NE, then the first left onto Del Webb Avenue NE. Follow Del Webb around till it turns into Tandem Avenue, then look for the Oregon Health Authority/Health Licensing Office sign on the left. Parking is free and plentiful.
