Award Criteria & Data Sources
To ensure fair comparison across clinic sizes, results are grouped into small, medium, and large patient‑size cohorts. Within each cohort, the top five performers are identified for both childhood and adolescent immunization measures. UTD status is determined using the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) immunization schedule, specifically the recommended vaccine benchmarks for 2‑year‑olds and 13‑year‑olds. All rates were calculated using ALERT IIS data from an internal IQIP Statewide Rate Report and reflect immunization visits recorded by Vaccines for Children (VFC) participating clinics. Rankings reflect the data available at the time of review. While immunization data may continue to update in ALERT IIS — and rankings may shift — these results highlight strong performance within the 2026 review period.
