Triennial Review Results by County
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) conducts a comprehensive review of most programs for each local public health authority (LPHA) every three years. View the triennial review tools here.
Review results, including commendations, compliance findings, and recommendations, are communicated to the governing body of the LPHA and the local public health administrator. OHA works with the LPHA to ensure prompt resolution of all compliance findings.
For more information, contact the
LPHA or the state Public Health Division's
Policy and Partnerships Unit.
Note: OHA adds results as they become available.
