Rebate availability depends on program funding at the time of vehicle purchase or lease. Due to overwhelming demand and limited funding, rebates will be suspended as of May 1, 2023. Any vehicles purchased or leased on or after May 1, 2023, will not be eligible to apply for the rebate once the program reopens. Once funding is available again, the program will announce its reopening.
Visit the Available Rebate Funding page before your purchase or lease to confirm rebate availability.
Standard Rebate applicants (individuals and dealers only) can apply online and track the status of applications. The Center for Sustainable Energy, our third-party administrator is reviewing and processing applications on behalf of the program.
The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is currently experiencing a wait time of up to two months to process your application. We appreciate your patience while waiting for your rebate application to be processed.
