Rebate Eligibility

The 2026 open period for the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is Aug. 25 through Nov. 4, 2026. Vehicles must be purchased or leased during that time to be eligible for the rebate. Any vehicles purchased or leased before Aug. 25, 2026, or after Nov. 4, 2026, are NOT eligible to apply for Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebates. For more details, please see the program's press release.

Am I eligible for the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate?

To be eligible for an Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate, you must be able to answer “Yes" to the following questions:

Are you an Oregon resident? Or is the business, agency or organization you're applying for located in Oregon?

Will the vehicle be registered in Oregon?

Are you planning to purchase or lease an eligible vehicle?

If you answered yes to all the above questions, you may be eligible for an Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate.

You may still be eligible for the Standard Rebate.

If you plan to plan to purchase a new vehicle, you may qualify for the Standard Rebate. Visit our Standard Rebate page for complete information. Used vehicles are not eligible for this type.
