About the Committee

House Bill 2757 (2023) requires a Behavioral Health Crisis System Advisory Committee. The committee will advise Oregon Health Authority (OHA) on:

​Oregon Department of Emergency Management: Erin McMahon, Director

The Nine Federally Recognized Tribes of Oregon: Stephanie Wachter

988 call centers:Greg Borders, Chief Clinical Officer, Lines for Life

911 call centers: Erica Stolhand, Vice President Oregon APCO-NENA, Hood River County 911

Local Public and Mental Health Authorities: Stacy Brubaker, Jackson County Health & Human Services

Hospitals and health systems: Robin Henderson, Providence Health & Services

Coordinated care organizations: Dannielle Brown, PacificSource Community Solutions

Telecommunications provider: Brant Wolf, Executive Vice President, Oregon Telecommunications Association

Law enforcement: Sheriff Lane Magill, Wasco County

NAMI Oregon: Chris Bouneff, Executive Director

Association of Community Mental Health Programs (AOCMHP): Cherryl Ramirez, Executive Director

Certified Peer Support Specialists: Talina (Tee) Ali; Juan Pablo Villalobos

Family members and caregivers of individuals with lived experience: Amy Fellows; Deanna Watson

Consumers of adult behavioral health services: Shree Aier; Laura Rose

Consumers of youth and family behavioral health services: Jennifer Fraga; Samuel Robinson

​OH A will hold meetings the 4th Tuesday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon. OHA will post agendas and meeting materials at least one week before each meeting.
