REALD for Phase 1 Providers

What Is a Phase 1 Provider?

Phase 1 providers are the following types of health care providers. They were required to begin collecting and reporting REALD data in accordance with REALD standards and Oregon Disease Reporting rules on October 1, 2020:

  • Hospitals except for licensed psychiatric hospitals. 
  • Health care providers within a health system. 
  • Health care providers working in a federally qualified health center.
