If providers cannot comply with data collection and reporting requirements by the timeline outlined in rule 333-018-0011, they may request an extension by submitting a Compliance Plan to OHA.
The plan must provide sufficient detail to demonstrate a good faith effort to come into compliance in a timely manner, including plans for:
- Workflow design,
- Staff training, and
- Any phased implementation.
OHA's Compliance Plan Template lists the required and optional information to include in the plan for OHA review.
OHA will review the plan and may ask for additional information or clarification.
Once OHA approves the Compliance Plan:
- Any adjustments to an approved Compliance Plan are subject to re-approval by OHA.
- OHA will require monthly reports outlining the progress towards implementing REALD data collection and reporting.
