Application for Modification of Order
On September 16, 2025, OHA accepted an application from Adventist Health Columbia Gorge (AHCG) requesting modification of OHA’s order to allow AHCG to meet federal requirements to become a Critical Access Hospital (CAH). On October 14, 2025, OHA accepted a complete response from ACHG. On November 7, 2025, the application to modify the order was approved.
