The Oregon Council of Clinical Innovators was a statewide group of multidisciplinary health system leaders convened by the OHA Transformation Center. The program centered around a year-long learning experience for a select group of Clinical Innovation Fellows. These innovation leaders worked with project teams on health system transformation projects in their local communities. Fellows developed and refined their skills in leadership, quality improvement, implementation, and dissemination science. The aims of the council were to:
- Build the capacity of innovation leaders to implement health system transformation projects in their local communities, and
- Create a network of expertise supporting Oregon's coordinated care model and state health system transformation efforts.
