Peer-to-Peer CAC Meetings

The Transformation Center currently hosts two virtual peer-to-peer CAC meetings:

CAC Coordinator Meeting: This meeting serves as a peer-to-peer space for CAC coordinators to discuss the work of their respective CACs. Meets on the fourth Thursday of each month from 2-3:30 p.m.

CAC Learning Collaborative Meeting: This group advises the Transformation Center on how best to support CACs statewide. It is open to any CAC member, CAC coordinator or CCO staffperson supporting CACs. Meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

New: Starting in September, the Transformation Center will be hosting a learning collaborative for CAC members serving on CCO governing boards. Click here to view the official announcement. The deadline for eligible CAC members to submit interest is 8/27.
