Measure 110 Oversight and Accountability Council

Purpose

Ballot Measure 110, the Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act, requires the formation of a grant program to fund Addiction Recovery Centers and an Oversight and Accountability Council to determine how the grant funds will be distributed. The council will also oversee the implementation of the centers.

Under Senate Bill 755 (2021), Addiction Recovery Centers are now known as Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRNs). Find more information for BHRNs and consumers on the Measure 110 resources page.
