The information on this page is intended for Local Governments (cities, counties and special districts) who are considering participation or currently participating in OEBB benefit plans.
Program Participation Requirements
If you are a Local Government wishing to participate in OEBB, please complete a Local Government Notice of Interest (MSC 6028) and submit it to OEBB.
This 3-page document outlines the decisions that must be made at least 45 days prior to coming into OEBB.
Each Local Government will be subject to an actuarial plan comparison upon entering OEBB to determine whether they will be subject to a special rate category the first three years of participation. See the Program Participation Requirements for more details.
