Members Who Pay Full Premium Cost
Some OEBB members do not receive an employer contribution and therefore pay the entire premium for their plan selections. These members "self-pay” the entire cost of their benefit elections.
Some examples of "Self-Pay" members are:
- COBRA Members – benefits administered by and payments made to BenefitHelp Solutions
- HB2557 Members – benefits administered by and payments made to OEBB
- OEBB-Administered Self-Pay Early Retirees - benefits administered by and payments made to OEBB
