Resources for Planning New SBHCs

Any community may choose to plan for an SBHC. The SBHC State Program Office (SPO) sometimes has state planning grants available to support the planning and implementation of a new SBHC, however at this time no planning grant funding is available. Please check out the funding tabfor possible state planning grant opportunities.
