Flu Shot Information

OEBB has partnered with Get A Flu Shot to provide Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at OEBB worksites. Worksites interested in scheduling a vaccination clinic should contact Get A Flu Shot to request a date and time:

  1. Call Get a Flu Shot at 503-258-9800
  2. Email (include the location/address and an estimate of participants)
  3. Go to 
    • Click “Request Services" (this may not be supported by older versions of internet browsers)
  4. Find out if a clinic is already planned at or near your worksite. List coming soon~
  5. All members must fill out an Insurance Claim and Flu Shot Consent Form.
  6. Encourage members to attend the clinic!

Flu shots will be available starting September 28. Kaiser Permanente members can schedule their flu shot appointment at

To help members get care safely while COVID-19 variants and the influenza virus spread throughout our communities, flu shots are available by appointment only, not available by walk-in.

Members can also get their flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at the same time during the same appointment. Members who already have an in-person primary or specialty care appointment scheduled on or after September 28 can get their flu shot during their appointment.

Starting October 1, 2021, members can visit any of the following retail pharmacies to get a flu shot at no additional cost to them:

  • Albertsons
  • Costco
  • CVS
  • Fred Meyer
  • QFC
  • Rite Aid
  • Safeway
  • Sav-On
  • Walgreens
  • Walmart

Moda Health

OEBB members enrolled in Moda Health medical plans can visit any in-network pharmacy to receive a flu shot at no cost. Use Moda's Find Care tool to discover an in-network pharmacy near you or call your Moda 360 Health Navigator at 844-776-1594.

There are many different flu viruses. The seasonal flu vaccine is made to protect against the top three or four flu viruses. Research shows that the flu is the most common illness during flu season. People should begin getting a flu shot soon after flu vaccine becomes available. Most flu shot clinics begin in September.
