If you would like to provide public comment, complete the Notice of Public Comment Form and email it to oebb.board@odhsoha.oregon.gov. 

Submit the form by noon on the Friday before the meeting. If we receive it after that deadline, we will include it in the next month’s meeting materials.

Executive Session

*Executive Session: No admittance unless stated below. Thank you.

1. The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a), which allows a governing body to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. In compliance with ORS 192.660(6), no decisions will be made during this meeting.
2. Representatives of the news media, OEBB staff and individuals specifically invited to participate are allowed to attend this executive session. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.

2. Representatives of the news media, OEBB staff and individuals specifically invited to participate are allowed to attend this executive session. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.
