- For the 2026-27 plan year, All Kaiser Medical Plans (1, 2A, 2B, 3, & Bronze) and Moda Health Medical Plans 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 are considered creditable coverage. This notice applies to members enrolled in those plans.
