The 2026 Annual Oregon Epidemiologists' Meeting will be held from April 29th to May 1st, 2026 at Sunriver, OR.
Call for Abstracts
The 39th Annual Oregon Epidemiologists’ Meeting (OR Epi 2026) will bring together public health professionals to explore and discuss communicable diseases, current & emerging disease trends, innovative practices, and effective interventions.
Public health practitioners from state, local and Tribal health jurisdictions working in communicable disease control and prevention, assessment and epidemiology, environmental health, informatics, emergency preparedness and response, clinical preventive services and administration are invited to submit presentation proposals.
Abstracts are due Monday December 15th, 2025 6 PM PST.
Applicants will be notified of the status of their submissions by January 19th, 2026.
The Public Health Division’s Health Security, Preparedness and Response Section and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Emergency Preparedness cooperative agreement will sponsor one person from each Local Public Health Authority (LPHA) and Tribe to cover lodging expenses. Awards for $450 for each LPHA and Tribe will be added to their Program Element for Public Health Emergency Preparedness.

Lodging Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for their own lodging reservations. Conference registration does not include lodging.
Sunriver Resort: Limited rooms are available at Sunriver Resort. Each local or Tribal public health agency may reserve up to three rooms pending availability. For additional attendees, please explore alternative accommodations in Sunriver, La Pine or Bend.
