The 2022 open enrollment season is around the corner!  Clients are encouraged to reach out to their Community Partner Assister organization or their CAREAssist Case Worker late summer and early fall.

• Find a Local Assister who can help you apply.

• Healthcare.gov provides a wealth of information about health care.

• Information in other languages is available at healthcare.gov.

Eligible for Medicaid or the Oregon Health Plan?

• Choose a CCO and dental plan.

• Get Oregon Health Plan information.

• Get information about Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) in Oregon.

Eligible for a Qualified Health Plan through the exchange?

Oregon will be using the federal Health Insurance Marketplace at healthcare.gov.
