Reach Out Oregon

A support network of families with children experiencing mental, emotional or behavioral health challenges. Includes online discussion forums with other parents and a call-in listening line for support.

Crisis Line for Racial Equity Support

A Portland-area crisis line that is answered by people of color who are counselors. They provide trauma support to other people of color. The line is answered Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Bilingual Mental Health Helpline

Blingual and bicultural therapists offer mental health support. Open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on weekends. On weekdays, call anytime and leave a message, and a therapist will return your call.

Do You Want to Get Involved?

Join the OYA Family Advisory Council. The council advises OYA on:
  • how to improve opportunities for families to meaningfully engage with their youth;
  • how to support families in understanding and navigating the system; and
  • how to incorporate family voice into OYA policies and practices.
