Crisis Line for Racial Equity Support
A Portland-area crisis line that is answered by people of color who are counselors. They provide trauma support to other people of color. The line is answered Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Bilingual Mental Health Helpline
Blingual and bicultural therapists offer mental health support. Open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on weekends. On weekdays, call anytime and leave a message, and a therapist will return your call.

Join the OYA Family Advisory Council. The council advises OYA on:
- how to improve opportunities for families to meaningfully engage with their youth;
- how to support families in understanding and navigating the system; and
- how to incorporate family voice into OYA policies and practices.
