Oregon Wildfire & Electric Collaborative
On March 10, 2020, Governor Brown issued Executive Order 20-04, which directs the Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) to convene workshops to assist electric companies, consumer-owned utilities, and operators of electrical distribution systems to develop and share best practices for mitigating wildfire risk.
Stakeholders have been encouraged to participate in a series of workshops intended to enhance collaboration in Oregon regarding wildfire-related operational and policy issues.
For information on how to participate or to submit topics for future workshops, please contact Heide Caswell.
