On this page you will find documentation, measure specifications, and other resources for operationalizing and implementing the measures that are part of Oregon's CCO Quality Incentive Program. 

General Program Information

The Quality Incentive Program runs on an annual (calendar year) timeline. Measures and benchmarks are selected annually by the Metrics and Scoring Committee, and performance is measured across the calendar year. Click the headers below to view general program documentation for the most recently completed, current, and upcoming measurement years.

The Metrics Technical Advisory Group (TAG) ​is working group of the Metrics and Scoring Committee that is charged with developing recommendations for operationalizing and implementing the CCO Incentive Measures.

Immunization for Adolescents (Combo 2) measures the percentage of ​adolescents who received recommended vaccines (Combo 2: Meningococcal, TDAP/TD and HPV) before their 13th birthday.
