Current Status

OHA completed a comprehensive review of the transaction and issued a Proposed Order on May 15, 2026. OHA accepted written exceptions to the Proposed Order through May 30, 2026 and received 436 written exceptions. OHA issued a Final Order on July 15, 2026. OHA’s Final Order and Comprehensive Review Report are posted under “OHA Publications” below. Based on findings from the comprehensive review, OHA has approved this transaction with conditions. OHA’s Proposed Order and Comprehensive Review Report are posted under “OHA Publications” below.

Employee surveys
In July 2025, OHA fielded surveys to current and former employees of Providence Home Health and Hospice in Oregon and Washington. The Oregon and Washington surveys are reproduced below. Both surveys closed on September 30, 2025. OHA posted the results of the Oregon survey on December 12, 2025.
