Current Status

OHA accepted a complete notice on March 20, 2025. On April 18, 2025, OHA completed its preliminary review and began a comprehensive review of this transaction. OHA asked for more information from the entities on June 13, 2025 and confirmed it had received complete respones to these requests on November 20, 2025. See the documents posted under "Materials from June 13, 2025 request for information" below.
