Current Status

OHA accepted a complete notice on March 20, 2025. On April 18, 2025, OHA completed its preliminary review and began a comprehensive review of this transaction. To date, OHA has issued two requests for information from the entities; the first on June 13, 2025, and the second on December 5, 2025. OHA confirmed receipt of complete responses to the second request for information on January 27, 2026. See the documents posted under “Materials from December 5, 2025, request for information” below.

OHA is accepting public comments throughout the review period. To submit a public comment, include the word "Compassus" in your comment and share your comment in one of these ways:
