Behavioral Health Collaborative: Data Workgroup

The Behavioral Health Collaborative recommended that OHA develop a data system that is outcomes-focused, person-centered, and furthers outcome-driven measurement. After delivering their first deliverable due to the Health Plan Quality Metrics Committee in January 2018, the Data Workgroup will continue to meet to complete their implementation plan deliverables, which include:

  • Developing an outcome-focused, person-centered behavioral health measurement framework to assess the impact of integrated services and hold regional collaborations accountable for clinical and cost targets.
  • Developing a minimum data set to use consistently across facilities, clinics and providers, reflecting all individuals and populations and their unique outcomes.
